Lisa Edelstein was an American actor who gained notoriety for her role as the main character of Fox's House medical show. In a strictly Jewish childhood, Lisa Edelstein was able to move from Wayne into New York City when she was 18 to attend Tisch School of the Arts. She was soon involved in club culture, causing enough controversy to attract the attention of the media. Then, she used her experiences and her fame in order to create and write a musical titled Positive Me in which she starred. Awake to the Wild Side, a show she hosted for MTV was soon her task. When the show ended it was time to work in movies and television productions. She started with smaller roles, and then became established gradually as an actress.
