Fawn Mckay

Fawn MCK Brodie was born on the 15th of September 1915 in Ogden Utah. Fawn MCKAY, raised in the Mormon Church's First Family, employed her creative talents and research abilities to create the intriguing biographical psycho-historical study of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945 under the title"No Man Knows My History, she used both. This title is derived from a funeral sermon delivered by the founder of the Church of Latter-Day Saints in 1844 when he startled those he addressed with the words"You don't know me" I never told you about my heart. Nobody knows my story. There is no way for me to tell you. Fawn has written the 29-year-old Fawn. From that point the three authors have risen to the task. Some have deified and abused him, while others have tried to pinpoint the cause. The problem isn't the case that there's not enough documentation however they're wildly divergent. The process of assembling these documents, sorting through third- and first-hand sources, fitting Mormons' tales of the past to non-Mormons' into an authentic history - is challenging. This is both exciting and instructive. This is the kind of task to which Fawn Brodie committed herself professionally. Thaddeus Stewards, which was the product of her research and writing has made her a known author. The Devil drives (1959). Thomas Jefferson. Richard Nixon and An Intimate historical history (1974).
